The location near the Botanical Gardens is fantastic. It makes for a lovely walk just outside my room. The room itself is quite nice, comfortable bed, and a great view. I appreciated the complimentary drink tokens. The bar has a welcoming atmosphere, and the snacks were tasty, sometimes eliminating the need to go out for dinner. Unfortunately, the internet connection was frustrating. I had to step into the hallway for a signal, and even then, it kept dropping. Despite informing the front desk, the issue persisted throughout my stay. Bathrooms could use a refresh. they felt a bit outdated. The staff, though, were friendly and accommodating.

I truly appreciated the elegant decor throughout the hotel, particularly the lovely wood paneling and charming Egyptian crystal chandeliers that created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it incredibly accessible and enjoyable for us seniors.
More accessible seating in common areas would enhance comfort.

Solo traveler, good experience
The staff was fantastic, especially the young girl who attended to us in the restaurant. We felt like royalty, and the service was just great, like seriously, she made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The breakfast setup leaves room for improvement. Hot food tends to be lukewarm, and there might be a delay in replenishing items like cereal bowls and bread. a knock on the kitchen door may be necessary for service. A high shower could be tricky for shorter folks, and there’s a bit of a splash factor thanks to decent water pressure.
